Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how the Horizound application, developed by solMaxys, collects, uses and protects user information. By using the app, you agree to the terms described here.

The Horizound application does not directly collect personal data (such as name, email or precise location). However, some integrated third-party services may collect technical data, automatically and anonymously, for operational and statistical purposes:

• Google AdMob (Google LLC) — serves ads and may use device identifiers, cookies or usage data to display personalized or non-personalized advertising.
• Google Analytics for Firebase (optional, if used) — collects anonymous usage metrics to improve application experience.

You may choose to disable personalized ads or withdraw consent for data collection in the privacy settings of the application itself.

4. Consent and GDPR Compliance

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app displays an advertising consent request provided by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK. Users can accept or refuse personalized ads at any time.

Users can review or change their advertising consent at any time through the application settings.

The collected data is processed only by the services mentioned above. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties outside these platforms.
